The design phase that follows conceptual design, to further define specific requirements applicable to the Project. The product should be definitive to become a basis for detailed design and cost estimates.
Front-end engineering and design covers mechanical data sheets of the main equipment, Preparation of tender packages for the main equipment and all the studies to be performed before ordering the main equipment. Starting from the process specifications issued during the BED and incorporating the specific requirements of codes and standards to be applied to the project in question.
The design phase that follows FEED resulting in Purchasing of equipment, main and bulk, management of vendors drawing, Development of detailed drawings needed for construction activities to be performed.
